INDIANAPOLIS - The IHSAA has announced the pairings for the 2026 Girls Volleyball State Tournament, with defending sectional champion Triton assigned to Class 1A Sectional 51 at Culver Community. The Lady Trojans will open tournament play against Tri-Township in Match 2. Triton is positioned in the lower half of the seven-team bracket. Dates and times to be announced soon. Elkhart Christian Academy will face Culver Community in Match 3. The winner of Triton’s opening match will advance to play the winner of that contest in Match 5. In the upper half of the bracket, Argos will face North Judson-San Pierre in Match 1. Oregon-Davis received the bye and will play the winner of the Argos-North Judson matchup in Match 4. The winners of Matches 4 and 5 will meet for the sectional championship. CLASS 1A SECTIONAL 51 Host: Culver Community Dates: Oct. 13, 15 and 17 Match 1: Argos vs. North Judson-San Pierre Match 2: Tri-Township vs. Triton Match 3: Elkhart Christian Academy vs. Culver Community Match 4: Oregon-Davis vs. Match 1 winner Match 5: Match 2 winner vs. Match 3 winner Championship: Match 4 winner vs. Match 5 winner The second team listed in each matchup is the designated home team. The Sectional 51 champion will advance to the Culver Community Regional to face the champion of Sectional 52 at Fremont. Regional matches are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 24. The state tournament continues with the semi-state round Saturday, Oct. 31, followed by the state championship matches Saturday, Nov. 7, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
